If your story beast had a form, what would it be?

Oh dear, I'm not a fantasy writer so this is out of my element, but probably some clown or jester-like infused creature based off an Italian Commedia dell'arte character like Tartaglia. I think that character role usually involves a large felt halt and even larger cloak. Is that possible? A beast of jokes and colors, and a lot of bells and whistles as music? Can I have two cymbals to slam in people's faces.

If you could meet one story character, who would it be and why?

If just books, then probably Wei Wuxian from Grandmaster of Demonic Cultivation by MXTX.
