WHO CAN ATTEND ROMANTASY SUMMIT 2024?

The Summit is open to all writers at any stage of their career. Whether you’re just thinking about starting to write in the genre, or have ten books out in the ether already, there’s something for everyone! Our faculty are utter geniuses and have an excellent line up of course content and panels planned for you.

I’D LOVE TO ATTEND THE SUMMIT, BUT THE PRICE IS TOO STEEP FOR ME. DO YOU OFFER SCHOLARSHIPS?

WILL DAY PASSES BE AVAILABLE?

Yes. Day passes will be available at a later date. You will be able to purchase these to access one day only of the conference rather than the full weekend. To be notified when this goes live, please sign up for our mailing list here.

WILL I BE ABLE TO ACCESS THE VIDEOS AFTER DECEMBER 8?

Yes! All attendees will have access to the Romantasy Summit 2024 video content for 60 days after the conference ends. Access will end February 6, 2025.

DO I GET TO ENGAGE WITH THE FACULTY?

Yes. Chat boxes and question boxes will be available at various times for sessions and panels. You can comment and ask questions during the Summit using these tools.

DO I NEED A SWORD FOR THE GUIDED SWORD-YOGA BREAK?

Strictly speaking, no. You can use replacement objects (Sabina Storberg of WeaponUP recommends a long umbrella if you’d like to use a replacement object).

If, like us, you would like any excuse to own a sword, the WeaponUP blog has some excellent sword recommendations with options for different price points.

WHAT IS YOUR REFUND POLICY?

You can receive a 75% refund until October 31, 2024.

No refunds will be issued from November 1, 2024 onwards.
